SHIPPING & RETURNS

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at cavendishmeats@gmail.com with your order number. You must notify Cavendish Drive Meats Limited via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Do not consume or dispose of items until you have heard back as we will need you to send photos of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

If Cavendish Drive Meats Limited asks you to ship back the goods please ship the return package to the Cavendish Meats store from which the order was sent – if unsure of address this can be provided by calling 021 551 982.

Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit. We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back.
